@EBRheum @BCBSIL Prior Auth is how #PBMs enforce step therapy, forcing people w rheumatic disease to take meds which boost profits for middleman & their specialty pharmacies. I agree with you that we're at a breaking point. 2023 or 2024 will be the year Americans shed their useless PBM overlords
